Anthony's Italian Café has been serving Roseburg and the surrounding areas for 4 years on May, 4 2008. After living in the Roseburg area for several years, my wife (Kimberley) and I realized that Roseburg was in serious need for variety in the dining experience. My mother (MaMa CarolE) had owned a small Italian restaurant in Huntington Beach, CA. for over 10 years, at which I worked for 6 years.  So when God opened up an opportunity in 2004 to begin an adventure in the restaurant industry, we decided to attempt to provide some variety in dining destinations to the Roseburg region.

The main focus at Anthony’s is good home-style Italian food and great service. If either of those are not obvious when you dine with us, please let me or my staff know and we will do our best to resolve the situation immediately.

Anthony’s is also attempting to provide variety to our guests through live music and catering services. Music on the Patio is very enjoyable and seems to be a success, so we are looking forward to bringing in a good assortment of musical talent throughout the summer season, which runs Thursday nights - June through September. Reservations recommended.

As far as catering services go, a lot of people are still not aware that we DO provide catering services. Whether it is for pick-up, at Anthony’s, or in your home, Anthony’s can provide something enjoyable for almost any event. We are also looking to expand the catering part of our business by providing a separate room for groups to hold meetings at their convenience without being distracted by other guests. The Bella Sera is now open and available for groups of up to 50, or more.

Finally, some wonder how I came up with the name Anthony’s when my name is Kris Parker. Well, my Italian grandfather was Anthony, my uncle’s middle name is Anthony, my middle name is Anthony, and my son’s middle name is Anthony.  It is definitely a family name and it sounds much more Italian than ‘Parker’s Pasta Palace’.  Thank you for the opportunity to share a little bit about my business and I look forward to serving you in the future.
